Magnum Projects managed the briefing and conceptualisation process for this impressive project, working alongside the government of Azerbaijan as well as other stakeholders in delivering the concept and the masterplan of this sports complex. Magnum projects and Archia visited the site in 2022, attending the Forum hosted by the president on the development of the Qarabaq region of Azerbaijan.
